CMC researcher David Eaton, U of Calgary geoscience professor, and colleague Kris Vansudevan attended the American Geophysical Union meeting in San Francisco in December to present a poster titled “Did the November 17, 2009 Queen Charlotte Island Earthquake fill a predicted seismic gap?” Eaton leads the CMC Theme C project – Adapting probabilistic seismic hazard assessment methods to site evaluation for carbon capture and storage.
